This privacy statement explains how we – AssetOrb GmbH, Werdauer Weg 23, 10829 Berlin, District Court Berlin Charlottenburg, HRB [commercial registry number] 152753 B – handle your personal data and the data supplied by you. We take the protection of your data very seriously and strictly adhere to the relevant data protection regulations. Data collection

The web sites of AssetOrb GmbH are freely accessible in principle; it is therefore usually not necessary for you to disclose your personal data to us in order to use the websites. Use of Google Analytics

The websites of AssetOrb GmbH use the Google Analytics programme, a web analysis ser-vice offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Newsletter

On our website you may also subscribe to a newsletter. If you agree to have a newsletter mailed to you at regular intervals, we will mail you announcements of announcements of upcoming events such as auctions and sales. You may withdraw, at any time, your consent to have this newsletter emailed to you. A link is provided in each newsletter for this pur-pose.

Issuing and mailing newsletters is technically very complex. We therefore have our news-letters mailed by the provider MailChimp, offered by The Rocket Science Group LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318. MailChimp participates in the Safe Harbor Programme and has thereby pledged compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles. If you sign up for our newsletter, the data you enter during the newsletter subscription process shall be transmitted to and stored by MailChimp. Once you have registered, you will re-ceive an email from MailChimp to confirm your registration (“double opt-in”). MailChimp provides extensive options for analysing how newsletters are opened and used. These analyses are group-related and will not be used by us for individual analyses. In addition, MailChimp uses the Google Analytics analysis tool and may embed it in the newsletter where appropriate.
